In 2016, while living in Los Angeles, I did the unthinkable: I stopped driving and started walking.

Like a Forensic Scientist, I dug for clues as I walked the varied streets of Los Angeles, camera in tow ~ each neighborhood different than the next. I became obsessed with the overly manicured lawns and the cookie-cutter homes, the unmoving animal statues that seemed to grace every home’s front porch and the wild animals that co-existed right alongside.

After a yearlong exploration of a city that I mostly saw through the window of a moving car, I put together a collection of images in this zine.
